    Below are the detailed instruction on how to process a return or exchange. The policy begins from the date of order, Please see whether either of these pertains to you or not, and the items are covered by your 30-Days Return Policy.


    The following reasons are covered by our 30-Days FULL COVERAGE Return&Exchange Policy.

    (Yourphotosocks is responsible for return postage and replacement fees)

    -We send the wrong order or item(s), or the products you received is damaged or defective. (If the item we sent to you is wrong or defective, we accept re-send you a new one freely or issue you a full refund, please CONTACT US with a picture of your item and order number, we will deal with your issue)

    -You do not receive the item(s). (After our investigation of lost package, we can issue you the refund or arrange a replacement)

    -You’re not satisfied with the outcome of your product(s). (We offer re-prints at no charge, feel free to CONTACT US and include a picture of your item explaining the issue and your order number, then our team are able to help you)


    The following reasons are covered by our 30-Days LIMITED COVERAGE Return&Exchange Policy.

    (Customer is responsible for return postage and replacement fees, Yourphotosocks does not accept any refund)

    -You choose the wrong size/color/pattern.

    -You offered Yourphotosocks a wrong address.

    -Personal reasons due to change mind, personal taste, etc.


    The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30-Days Return&Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.

    -Product Color Difference. Although we make every effort to photography our products accurately and describe them in details, we can’t guarantee every photography in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution.

    -Item’s Smell. Each item has its own smell, which is the smell of raw material, this could not be the reason of return. You can hang it in a ventilated place, then the smell will disappear.

    -The Workmanship of Painting. Because the items are made by machine, there maybe some painting problems like uneven painting, unclear painting and so on. These are minor problem, and will not affect normal use.


    Return, Exchange, Refund Service Procedure

    -How to deal with return, exchange and refund. Our products are custom-made, Yourphotosocks can not accept the return, but we accept the refund and exchange requirement. Refund and exchange service allowed period is 15 DAYS, if the item you received is defective or has a quality problem, please send CONTACT US the clear photos of the items that represent the quality issue, after we make sure the details, refund or replacement will be processed with 7 business days from the date you submit a return or exchange request. Please note that funds will be back to your account that you paid the order, your bank statement maybe reflects a change in 7-10 business days.

    -About Return Address. Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer the return service, but feel free to CONTACT US if you have issue about the refund or exchange service.

    -About Exchange Freight. Our products are custom-made, if there is a quality problem, Yourphotosocks will issue you the refund or re-send you a new one directly, you need charge nothing for the exchange.
