    Returns & Exchange Conditions

    • We offer 30-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date (From the date you received the product to the date the problem was reported to us first).

      If valid days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

    • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

    • All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
    • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
    • For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund. Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We will send you our return address from email (support@yourphotosocks.com).

    Non-returnable items

    • Customized items are non-refundable. Only product defects or customization mistakes are returnable.
    • Clearance items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
    • Items have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
    • Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via support@yourphotosocks.com for more information.

    About Fees

    1. There is no handling fee for return and exchange, while you have to pay the return shipping fee.
    2. Yourphotosocks will cover the return shipping fee under the following circumstances.
    • Customer received the wrong item.
    • The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect customization.

    General Return/Exchange Process

    Initiate a return/exchange: when you return or exchange the goods, please Email us at support@yourphotosocks.com. Please attach your product picture and order number in the email. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return/exchange request.

    Ship the item back: once your request is approved, an email with return/exchange address and instructions will be sent to you. We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because Yourphotosocks will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

    Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 7 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 7-10 working days.

    If you haven’t received the refund within 7-10 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@yourphotosocks.com.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (exceptions may apply).

    Exchange

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will arrange the replacement for you in 7 business days.If the items we received is defective, you need pay the replacement fees based on defective condition.

    Order Cancellation

    Cancellation request to the orders will be accept before it’s put into production, usually within 12 hours from the time you put the order. Please contact us to make sure if it’s in production or not. If it’s not in production, we will issue you a full refund.

    If it’s more than 12 hours from the time you purchased, we can accept your cancellation request but will not issue you the full refund, because your personalized products are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $20 customization fee per item is included in your purchase, so we will refund the entire cost of your item, and less the $20 customization fee.
